Are you the sort of person who is ‘Ready for Anything’?! If so, come and join us at the Blackburn with Darwen Emergency Volunteer Event! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, ideally aged over 18 and who live in either Blackburn or Darwen, to help out planning for and responding to emergencies in our communities. Whether it’s helping to make communities safer and more resilient to emergencies or responding when an emergency happens, your help can make a huge difference. Join us at the Blackburn Central Library to learn more about how you can get involved and make a positive impact. No experience necessary, just a willingness to help others. See you there!
