Lancashire Volunteer Partnership are offering a one-to-one Community Support volunteering service. Referrals can only be accepted from Lancashire County Council employees and are for adults aged 18 and over.
Support is tailored to individual needs and can take place at home, within the community or via telephone support. The duration of support will be determined based on an individual plan and may vary, however the maximum support offered will not exceed 12 months.
