LVP have been working closely with Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council since 2017. Their aim is to enable all of residents to achieve a good quality of life in a vibrant and thriving place, with strong community values and an inclusive society.

Their key values include offering good quality of life for all of their residents, having community pride, and encouraging a strong and inclusive economy with continued growth being delivered by a strong and resilient council.
