
Lancashire Libraries – Local History Collection Volunteer
Lancashire Libraries house local history collections and make them available for exploring personal, family or community history and heritage.
You will be assisting with the listing and repackaging of local history collections in a local library setting (initially Lancaster). This role is part of Lancashire Archives aim, to open up access to local history collections in the county and encourage more people to find out about the past.

Expenses – Travel expenses will be paid in agreement with limits agreed with Service Manager
Training:
Volunteers must have completed the required training before any activity can be undertaken and may be asked to regularly refresh training where required. Training will be provided in the form of distance learning or trainer led.
